We ship all orders in stock at the latest 2 days after your order has been submitted to foldoys.
Currently all our orders are shipped out of Denmark using Post Danmark.

Currently we use Pay Pal as our international secure payment provider. At foldoys
we accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
American Express and Pay Pal. You do NOT need to have a Pay Pal account in order to pay. Your payment will be drawn from your account when the order is shipped from foldoys.
As of mid April 2013 we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay and American Express using Teller as the international payment provider
Pay Pal can still be used for payment from April 2013.
We show prices in the currency of choice but we process all orders in euro. This means that while your cart displays the selected currency you will check out in euro.
Customs and sales tax/vat
If your order from an EU country you will pay the Danish sales tax/VAT of 25% but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you will not pay the Danish sales tax/VAT of 25% but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in your country of destination.
foldoys is not responsible for any tax, duty or fees charged by customs at the destination country. It is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
How to buy
For each product you wish to buy select e.g. size, color and add it to the cart by clicking ‘Add to Cart’. When finished shopping press the shopping cart and you will go to your cart overview. Here you will see what you have added to your cart. Before going to the payment you may change the quantity of any product or delete a product from your cart by clicking ‘Remove’. Upon any change to your cart overview please press the ‘UPDATE’ button to reflect the changes. Once happy with the content in you cart please go to our checkout or continue with payment PayPal. You will be prompted for you personal details, name, address etc. Pressing ‘Continue to next step’ you proceed to the secure page where you provide your payment card details. Clicking on ‘complete my purchase’ completes your order which is now binding and final and submitted to foldoys. You will receive a receipt of your purchase confirming the transmission to foldoys.
In case an item is sold out foldoys will inform you and let you know if we can re-order the item, or maybe help you find something else.
How to use discount codes and vouchers
A discount code given by foldoys is to be inserted when prompted during payment.
Want to Return?
At foldoys we gladly accepts returns. The product is to be returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. As soon as we have received and inspected your return we will credit your account/credit card with the entire amount you have paid. We credit the card used when purchasing to prevent misuse of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The return expenses is at your cost.
Received a wrong product?
In case you should receive a wrong product compared to the placed order please send the product back to foldoys within 2 weeks from the date of receipt and we will naturally send you the right product. Both the return expense and the shipping cost will be at our expense
Received a defect product?
We kindly encourage you to verify the content of your package upon delivery. Should any damage have occurred to the package or the content during delivery please immediately report the damages to the courier, or no later than two days after receipt of the package. Packages are insured during the shipment by the courier.

All ordered products are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about a production deficiency of an item. You may complain about defects and deficiencies within 24 months of the purchase and at the latest 3 weeks after you have noticed the defect. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or usage are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal usage your right to complain is renounced.
